More projects from the creator of 4U Ohrid
Alongside Central 4U Ohrid, I build small online tools under the Funtoolio name. They cover different parts of work and everyday life, from organising a guesthouse enquiry to comparing movie tastes with friends. This page introduces that collection and helps you choose a starting point.
These are my other projects, presented here because they share a creator with this website. They are separate services with their own features, account requirements and limits. Your apartment enquiry still goes through the contact options on 4U Ohrid; visiting a tool does not make or confirm an accommodation booking.

StayWidgetGive a booking enquiry a clear starting point
StayWidget is the closest match to the world of a small accommodation website. It gives independent guesthouses and holiday rentals a way to receive booking requests on their own sites. Guests can request dates, while the host reviews the enquiry and decides whether to confirm it. The distinction matters: sending a request is not the same as securing a room.
For example, a host who currently pieces together enquiries from different conversations can give guests a consistent place to begin. The owner dashboard keeps requests and their status together, making follow-up easier. Hosts should review the installation guide, demo and limitations before adding the widget to their website. This introduction is not a claim that StayWidget is installed on 4U Ohrid.

ShopdeskKeep everyday routines and staff shifts together
Shopdesk focuses on two recurring small-team questions: what needs doing today, and who is working? Managers can set up opening, closing or cleaning checklists alongside a weekly staff rota. Team members use their own accounts to see work and shifts, complete tasks, and explain skipped steps. Checklists can run independently of a particular shift.
Imagine a small café preparing for the morning: one shared opening routine gives the team a place to record progress without duplicating the list for overlapping shifts. Cover requests and swaps can follow a manager-reviewed workflow, with the agreed change recorded. Start with a routine your team already understands, then check the current plans and permissions before organising a larger operation.

Do Approve MeKeep feedback attached to the design being reviewed
A comment such as “move this a little” is easier to understand when it points to the image itself. Do Approve Me lets a creator upload a PNG or JPEG, publish a version for review and send a private link to a client. The client can leave general comments or pin feedback to a particular point without creating an account.
A new revision keeps its own comments and decision history, so an earlier approval stays attached to the earlier version. Formal decisions require the designated approver to verify their email; a forwarded review link alone does not grant that authority. Use it for a logo, poster or other supported image, keep your originals, and remember that a review approval is not a certified electronic signature or a guarantee of payment.

CatalogHopPrepare a WooCommerce export for Shopify
CatalogHop helps with a specific step in moving an online store: turning a supported WooCommerce product export into a Shopify import CSV. Upload the file, inspect the products and their explicitly defined variations, resolve validation issues, then download the output. There is no need to connect either store or share a store password.
The anonymous CSV route supports small catalogues; sign-in provides larger CSV/XLSX jobs and private history under the current launch offer. The supported subset has limits: images, categories and custom fields are among the excluded data. Products are prepared as drafts for your own Shopify import. Keep backups and test a small import in a test store before touching an existing catalogue; this is a file-preparation tool, not an automatic or guaranteed complete store migration.

ResumeFreeTurn your experience into a readable resume
ResumeFree provides resume layouts, an editable preview and PDF output, with free Funtoolio sign-in required before creating or exporting a resume. Add your summary, work experience, education and skills, then adjust the structure and typography to suit your content. It is a useful starting point when arranging the document feels harder than describing your experience.
Resume content is processed in your browser. Save an editable JSON backup somewhere you control, because browser storage can be cleared. The PDF is the document to share, while the JSON backup lets you continue editing later. Check contact details, dates, page size and every page break before sending an application. The supported formats are PDF and ResumeFree JSON; Word and Google Docs templates are not included.

EventRSVPBring invitations and guest replies into one place
EventRSVP gives a host a shareable event page and a place to collect attendance. Hosts sign in with Funtoolio, prepare the occasion, location, time zone and reply deadline, then publish the invitation when it is ready. Send the link through your own conversations or download a QR code for a printed invitation. Guests do not need an account or email address.
For a gathering with catering, the host can offer meal choices, collect optional dietary notes and export responses as a CSV for preparation. Open access, a shared PIN or an invited-party roster offer different ways to organise replies. Distribute the invitation thoughtfully: possession of a link or shared PIN is not proof of identity. The service does not send invitation emails, so sharing remains in your hands.

WealthCalcSee what changes when you change the numbers
WealthCalc is a collection of free calculators for questions about saving, budgeting, investing and financial independence. You can explore an emergency fund, financial runway, investment growth or a FIRE scenario without creating an account. The aim is to make the assumptions visible enough that you can change them and compare the result.
For example, compare how different monthly savings amounts or return assumptions affect a projection, then read the methodology behind the calculation. An estimate is only as useful as its inputs, and real returns, costs and circumstances can differ. Treat the tools as educational scenario exploration rather than personalised financial advice or a promise of future wealth. Its methodology and disclaimer pages explain the relevant boundaries.

Our VibesFind a conversation in your everyday preferences
Our Vibes is the playful part of the collection. Pick a quiz about everyday habits, food, movies or weekend plans, choose 10 or 20 questions, answer for yourself and invite your people. Everyone in the session receives the same sampled questions. You can play without an account, making it easy to start a conversation with a partner, a friend or a group.
The shared results compare each completed pair’s answers. Nicknames and match percentages can be shared by people in the group, while individual answers stay private. Use an alias if you prefer. A high match means agreement on those particular preferences; it does not diagnose a relationship or predict compatibility. Different tastes are part of the conversation, so there is no correct score to chase.

Choose the tool that fits a task you actually have. Each project explains its current access requirements, plans and limits on its own website; these can change as the services develop. Some tools work anonymously, while others use shared Funtoolio sign-in. A shared account does not mean that every tool has the same plan or permissions.
